*** order due but not delivered
*** order due on 27 January 2025. There is no waybill created as yet. When I asked the staff at Sasolburg where order should have been delivered they said I might only receive it next week. This is the worst service ever.

02 Feb 2025, 13:16I was promised i woulg get my order. I went to check again on 31 January. Order was still not ready. It has been at the courier from 20 January. What kind of service is that? I request a refund your head office promise to call me on 1 February. Ha ha I am still waiting. The store does not want to assist with a refund. They shrug and say head office has to sort it out. This is the worst service ever.
