20 Day delivery?

I have placed an order online on the 6th of March. The estimated date of delivery was the 16th of March. According to the tracker on the app it has been shipped 10 days ago.

This is ridiculous. We are on level 1 of lockdown. It should not take this long to deliver. The fact that there is no communication on delayed orders also makes it worse.

COVID is not an excuse, stop using it as one to cover up incomoetence.
