You will wait for store "manager" to do her shopping during work hours

I'm not one to complain and moan about things but what happened to me today was enough to put me off from buying from Mr Price Home again. Today 10/12/2025 at around 18:10 I went to Mr Price Home at Woodlands Mall to return a wooden tray that I purchased which had splinters. I waited in the queue and when it was my turn I was told to wait for the manager she went out but she's coming back... after waiting for some time I overhear the colleagues asking where is she and someone mentions she went to checkers. I was puzzled as to why she went there because it wasn't lunch time and why was there no other person to assist. I then continued to wait and she eventually shows up. Not even an apology for making me wait that long. The refund is processed after I then say to her "you don't even apologize for making me wait this long for my refund to be processed" she then responds with attitude that she's human and that she went to the toilet. I then left and went to checkers, guess what? She made her colleague (who went out to look for her) stay behind at Checkers to pay for the things she was buying. It upset me that she **** to me with a straight face saying that she went to the toilet knowing very well she didn't. On my way to the parking I passed by the store to ask her for her name she lies again and says her name is Lindiwe of which her name tag was written Charmaine or Cathrine. That's the type of employees you have, dishonest people who provide you with service like they are doing you a favour. This enought to make me to never want to set my foot there again. In case you are not aware, I want you to know that your employee treats your establishment like a ****a shop and goes for leisure shopping during work hours making customers wait for her.
