You get what you pay for! If its cheap there is a reason. Mr Price costs you your sanity.

I ordered two natural A3 artwork frames online. Item was clearly labeled A3 both in the image and in the description. i chose click and collect. Only to have to follow up with the online chat bot to see if my order had arrived - I got no confirmation - as promised. I go to Design Quarter - my hosen store. they stook SO long to fin my box. only to see the box and know without opening it that what i ordered and what they packed was wrong. I opened the box - what was supposed to be 2 A3 artwork frames were 2 A4 frames - of and box two of my order was MIA. i left the order and gave them time to look for what i actually ordered and box 2 of 2. I retuned to the stores later. NOT a person at the check out. Not a single person could be found. there was another customer behind me who had to track a person down. I let that customer go in front of me. Some one else eventually came but at a snails pace. Only to be told the item i ordered doesn't come in A3 and they took the other item I ordered off the store floor. I returned home with the goods as i wanted to check with the online offering if the item i Ordered even existed, Well - to say this was an experience and not a good one is an understatement. service agent after service agent droppped my chat while i was trying to screen shot the image. after person 5 i had lost all of what was left of my patience. I literally had to screen shot the website and circle in red the detail, then send a picture to say what was loaded online IS NOT ACCURATE. if you are a parent looking to buy an A3 artwork frame with neutral frame for R199 as Mr Price has on their site - it doesn't exist - some ***** loaded the info incorrectly - the image however CLEARLY says A3 on it! How this is not vetted or checked is beyond me. I wasted my entire afternoon on shocking services and dealing with uniformed staff for which i had to draw pictures for.
