Yesterday 4 December was at Mall @ Reds in Centurion to return item bought on Friday 1 December and had a receipt which I had to produce at the door and some bar code thing was attached to the receipt. I produced the receipt, scanned the item but when I had to get refund they asked for my cheque card I bought with so I realised then I had forgotten my purse at home. Was told i could not return item because I don't have the card as system indicates in their side refund will only return to the card. I had to turn back with the items and not sure when I will get a chance to go to the shops again. I feel this was such an inconvenience and wonder if they do thst to all their customers
