Wrongfully updating credit !!!

Terrible Experience with Mr Price Account – Damaging My Credit Despite Paying!

I am extremely disappointed with the way Mr Price handles customer accounts. I’ve been diligently paying my installments on time, yet my credit profile has been negatively affected due to their incorrect reporting. Even after making payments, they continue to update my credit status inaccurately, making it look like I’m behind when I’m not!

This has seriously impacted my credit score, and despite reaching out to try and resolve the issue, nothing has been corrected. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. It’s completely unacceptable that I’m being penalized financially for THEIR mistake.

I trusted Mr Price, but this experience has left me frustrated, stressed, and feeling powerless. I would not recommend opening an account with them to anyone who values their financial reputation. Fix your systems, Mr Price, and start treating your paying customers with the respect they deserve!
