Wrong product pricing, terrible customer service and sales assistance, incorrect delivery information

After going to the Stamford hill store,we found a larger cot that had the price of R2300. Asking the sales assistant Primrose to check for stock(may I add she was rather reluctant to help) she went to check for stock and told us we would have to order it online. We already purchased a cot online..and asked if we could exchange it for the bigger one(we paid R2000 for our cot..the larger cot had a price of R2300 on it). They told us we could do the exchange in-store... so we went home...picked up the cot and matress and went back. While placing the order with now assisting us Princess we were told that the cot is R2500. We took her and showed her the price and she said someone had moved it and that was the price of the other cot(the one we paid R2000 was now R2300). Why didn't the first sales assistant, Primrose inform us that the pricing was incorrect? Instead she was so rude telling us that she just took the sign and checked. Keep in mind we went all the way back home thinking the larger cot was R2300. Anyways Princess having taking over without any apologies had made an arrangement that she would deliver to our door for free due to the inconvenience and we paid the extra R500 as well as exchanged the mattress. Upon checking my slip on Sunday I noticed that she hadn't changed the online address and the item was going to pavilion (where we bought the first cot from) I had to call and change the address. Now princess says she never agreed to deliver to our home but the store. Extremely poor service.
