Wrong Order Was Received And Terrible Assistance From Helpdesk

Placed an online order (#***) on the 4th of June 2020. I received a order on the 9th of June 2020, the order received was not the order I placed at all. I then phone the helpdesk and was on the phone for more than 45min for assistance. I asked the agent to please forward me a email to confirm that a return was issued and I am still waiting for that email. I am still waiting for the couriers to pick up the wrong order and for my money to be refunded. I can not recommend ordering from Mr. Price Home as the after sales is atrocious.
