Wrong item delivered, not willing to rectify

I ordered an L shaped couch from Mr Price Home on 4th November and paid for the 5 day delivery. 10 days and many complaints later my couch comes, only to find that they sent 2 of the same piece instead of the full set. Ever since then the call centre has been extremely unwilling on fixing the situation. I have phoned the call centre multiple times where they have countless times hung up and not returned my call. This lady I have been dealing with has a shocking attitude. All I want is my money back and not to deal with Mr Price Home further. As I see I am not the only one to feel this way about the company
