Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had

Please please please, save yourself the trouble and do not order from Mr Price Online, it is an absolute nightmare. I placed two orders valued at over R9k for my new apartment, it was the worst shopping experience of my life from the start and throughout. No indication of delivery date, boxes were delivered by courier nine days after placing the order, various items missing, some broken and missing parts. I immediately contacted them, the service throughout the process has been shockingly pathetic. It has now been a month and a half and the matter has still not been resolved, every time I call I am on the phone for around an hour and nobody seems to be willing to make any commitments to do anything.
