Worst Service from the manager Vusi

I have been waiting and I am patient. I have had the best experience ever from Mr Price Home Fourways (Kamo) but she is off and the manager Vusi clearly knows nothing. I have paid for delivery as I was told my order will be there latest on Monday, I called the CallCentre and was told my item is on route to the mall, so yesterday I had to cancel my delivery with the selcted company as the store was unreachable and today the delivery company said that if they dont get the stuff I will lose my moneys paid so I called, spoke to Vusi, He was confised then stated he will check and call me back and now he decided to switch off his phone so im left with no answers and R450 paid that will be lost.

Where to from here?
