Worst service ever- Avoid buying things from Mr Price home Online

I purchased goods worth R6000 online on the 21st July. When the goods were delivered on the 30th July I sent them back with the couriers because they were damaged. I've since been struggling to get the goods either replaced or my money back. This has been such a pain. I've been sending comms via their whatsapp line and also calling daily, I still don't know what is going on with my order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
