Worst service ever at mr Price Home the Grove!!

I almost wrote this review a month ago but decided to give mr Price home in grove mall a second chance. What a TERRIBLE mistake.

The first time I went with my husbands pr price home card to buy on credit and my friend accomponied me. When I got to the till to get the goods I had on credit.. the person working at the counter said. "You cant buy on your husbands account". I said.. okay can I call him to confirm his details and his reply was "no..." so my friend who was with me had her card that was also a mr price home account card and offered to purchase it for me on credit and then the consultant still refused to let my friend buy me the item.

Today me AND MY HUSBAND went to mr price home. He forgot his account card and offeree the lady his ID to buy on his account. All she said was "we cant do that" so aftwr a few minutes i asked her if they could replace his old account card and she said "yes" and shortly after complained about HOW LONG it was going to take. We just paid cash..

To the mr Price Home managers at the Grove.. you lost me as a customer. Please get your personnel in check because they are costing you customers and money.. ive never people so unwilling to help you... I dont recommend anybody go and shop there!
