Worst Service Ever!

I recently ordered a butlers tray, when I received the box, the entire tray was broken. After emails being thrown back and forth, I eventually got the consultant to collect and deliver a new tray.
The new tray was delivered today, this tray is also broken!! Are you guys producing broken goods? Please ensure that both trays are collected ASAP because the packaging is taking up all the space in my house and deliver the new tray. Which I sincerely hope will not be broken as well.
