WORST service

I placed an online order as i dont have time to go to the shops and this is much more convenient (so i thought). I received an email on Monday from Mr Price saying that my order is ready and will soon be received. I called Mr Price head office and spoke to Carusha and asked when my stock will be delivered and she said Tuesday and i requested that she please ask the courier company to call me 30 mins before delivery so i can drive home to open for them. On Tuesday i saw a missed call on my phone (which i missed by 2 mins) i called back and it was the courier company. He said he was at my house and i wasnt there so he left. I told him that as arranged with Mr Price he was suppose to call me 30 mins before so i asked him to turn around, he told me that he doesnt work for Mr Price and that its too late to turn around. Later the afternoon i got a call that he was in an accident and that my stock was damaged and that the stock will have to be re-ordered and delivered next week. I think that if Mr Price did what i asked and informed the courier to call me before the time to open for them i would have my stock now and i dont see why i have to wait another week for a mistake Mr Price made!!
