Worst run store in cape town

I believe that customers should be treated with dignity,honesty and politeness,but not at Mr. price Home.I went with my family to buy crockeries,furnitures,mirrors and large pot plant but to my surprise I was told that their transport do not carry any fragile goods nor can they assist you with transporting the heavy goods to your car. I was left flabbergasted by the attitude of cashiers,supervisors and Manager.They seem to be less concerned of the fact that we were spending over 8000.00 Rands.For a store as big as Mr.Price Home one would expect professional employees and well trained Management to ensure that both the clients leave happy and the company turns into a profitable organization.I would suggest that since they cannot provide transport for their goods they should turn it into just a flower shop.It is an absolute shame that in such harsh economic conditions Poor management are left to ruin a company where poor employees may loose their job through retrenchment.I and my family will not set foot again in another Mr.Price shop.
