Worst Online Shopping experience in South Africa!

Hi,<br> <br> I placed an order for furniture on Sunday 31/01/2016- reading a well published mrprice home website on terms and conditions with delivery promised at 5 days for furniture. <br> <br> To my shock and horror, after publishing that they do have stock, I get an email stating that I will not receive half my order, as their courier company has not received my stock. The whole order states \Ready to Ship\" - but low and behold - only part of this is actually true. <br> <br> And then the cherry on top is the most unprofessional support staff - who upon a query, gives me the standard \"Furnisher takes 5 days...\" reply... without even looking at my order. I just moved into a house, and thought that mrprice home would make my new memories great.... but no. they are what I always thought and will forever still think... Cheap. Cheap customer support, just want my money, cant care if i am inconvenienced by a delivery. <br> <br> This has been my first and last time I order and buy anything from MrPrice home, and I will never ever recommend them to anyone i know. <br> <br> Thank you for making my shopping a horrible experience and moving into my new house a **** experiance!<br> <br> Regards<br> Arrie<br> "
