Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience ever. I bought an item that needed to be assembled and I paid the assembling fee. When they delivered they told me that the guys who delivered do not know how to assemble so they are going to send someone. It has been over a month since the delivery but even today no one has come to assemble, regardless of my weekly reminders for them to send someone. The worst part is that there is no communication or updates from their side. Never again!
