WORST online shopping experience EVER!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever!!!! Great quality products and good in store service, but the worst online shopping experience ever! No decent communication, rude and slow response from the customer service ( when you are able to get hold of them, or if the call does not end right after they inform you they will check your order number.)

They never deliver on time, and you never know when you can expect your order at all! If I did not communicate with the courier directly and arranged available days and times to deliver.

Paid extra for assembly of my chair and that service was not deliver. Just a few to mention and an overall very disappointing experience.

Just to be clear that the problem lies with mr price home customer service and lack of communication and not the couriers!
