Worst online shopping experience

I ordered a mirror from Mrprice Home on the 17/05/2020.Up to this day on I haven’t received my order nor have I had any form of communication from them . When I call their online store call Centre there is no answer. I even went to the extend of going into MrPriceHome at Mall Of Africa a week ago where I was told they can’t track my order as it says on hold on the system which is the same message I get on the app. This is by far the worst online shopping experience ever , especially cos I even paid for delivery which takes 3-5 business days
