Worst Online Service Ever

I ordered items online and were delivered in the wrong address(mistake on my part). I've asked that they are collected. It's been a week and they are still not collected. I told them that they will end up being damaged. I've called, sent Whatsapp and emails. They keep on promising it will be done. Their Whatsapp takes an hour to be responded to. Emailing and calling is a complete waste or time. I didn't expect such service from this company. The worst ever
