WORST online experience ever!!!

Ordered a carpet as well as some "fillers" to make up a special offer discount. Paid R70 for delivery. Get an email from them to say they have no carpet in stock (website still says they do - and the nearby stores all have them in stock) - but they will be sending the hangers and pen I ordered to reach the allocated R1500 discount threshold. Email correspondence I told them I do not WANT to place an order (or pay R70) delivery for hangers and a pen. I've tried three times to reach customer service telephonically. First reached Edgars on their line, second time nothing, third time DSTV help centre.

NEVER HAVE I EVER had an online order dealt with like this!

Feel they are ******** me out of the discount and there are a million different ways the could have dealt with this without having a fuming customer.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM!!!
