Worst online experience

Worst experience ever!!! I think I called like 5 times for assistance. I bought a six drawer unit and paid for the assembly fee. I received the unit unassembled. Mr Price home customer care number says I need to call the courier company myself to ask about the assembling yet I paid for it so why do I have to manage their people? I am very disappointed.
