Worst experience of MR Price Home online ordering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We placed a online order middle May. We have yet to receive our parcel. When we call, they only say that they tried to contact us twice. Which is a lie, as our phones are with us daily. (Ps Adidas, Takealot etc. all gets ahold of me) Now the delivery adress is wrong, which I don't understand, on the app it shows correct. It is disgusting to say the least. If you contact them it never actually gets solved. They don't give you a date on delivery so when should we make sure to be at home dear "service" provider as you dont call etc. Out of this experience.... I will never recommend Mr Online again. And dont tell me **** about COVID 19 as I also work in retail and distribution.
