Worst Experience Ever!
Worst experience ever!!! I purchased 2 furniture items in the Mr Price Home Canal Walk store and paid for delivery to my place. In store I was advised that delivery would take 4 working days. After day 5 I Called the store and spoke to the manager who advised he would follow up and provide me with an update, that Obviously did not happen!! I returned to the store the next day only to be told another lie as they then advised that delivery would take up to 7 working days. It is now day 7, I call the store back 5 times and there is no answer, I called Mr Price Head office who just left me on hold for nearly 15 minutes of which I was forced to hang up! The delivery guy them calls to say he can only deliver my items the next day... still did not receive my items I paid for. Pathetic.

However, yet another "delay" with the delivery has just occurred. According to the delivery company City Logostics, the address we provided in store took them to Kuils River when in fact they should be delivering to Sea Point. This is now the just back and forth excuse after excuse and it is getting really frustrating dealing with this.
Why did I pay a delivery fee when a simply delivery cannot be done in the promised time frame. This is just absolutely ridiculous. I bet tomorrow I will be called with another poor excuse as to why my things cannot be delivered!
Shame!

This just proves that you at Mr Price Group prefer to take customers money and not solve issues or even address these issues with integrity. You've just lost a very regular, loyal customer and I will be closing my account!
