Worst ever experience from Mr Price Home delivery

I bought a dining table on the 4th December 2021, and on Wednesday i got a call from the delivery who was outside my house, they finally brought the table in however the delivery guys advised that they don't how to assemble the table as i paid for assembly, i had to figure it out myself only for the guy to punch a hole through the table. They took it back the same day. I then got a call from the courier company advising that a new table was ready delivery for Friday which never happened, i called the call centre in the afternoon only to passed from pillar to post, spoke to the Courier manager today (Saturday 11/12/2021) by the name of Kyle(City Couriers) who promised that the table will be delivered today, he called me back an hour later advising that actually they don't have the table as it was never replaced and he didn't know if an order has been placed or not. This is by far the worst experience i have received between Mr Price and their delivery company (City Couriers)
