Worst delivery service

A family member ordered me a couch as a gift for my new apartment which was supposed to take between 7-14 Days to deliver. After 22 Days we still don't have the couch. I had to call customer care 4 times to find out they sent it to the wrong province. They had the correct address from the start and sent it to the wrong city in the wrong province and couldn't tell me when i could get the couch. Disgusting service
