Worst

I placed a online order for the 1st time with mr price home thinking that it is a nice new way to get things without going to the shop as i do not have a car. What a mess ,after 48 hours my order was still under payment review when i chated with online persons they said their finance dep needs a writen letter from my bank saying the funds went off i got a sms saying funds were deducted i went into my online account took a scren shot sent it through and they still would not assist. A bank i bank from is bout 20kms away from me, now i must get a flippen letter it defeats the whole online purpose. What a mistake i orderd from another store other items and that was nice i recieved emails and sms of the process in less than 1 day but mr price worst experience ever,
