WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MR PRICE APP!!

Such terrible customer service!!! The item shows as shipped since 14 September!!! Emailed customer service, called their 0800 customer line and even sent whatsapp messages to their whatsapp customer service number, I haven't received a single response not even a call! My order may be small but this such a terrible service regardless of the amount! I'm so disappointed and frustrated because there's no communication and not even an update. If you feel you can not sell me the item please refund my money, I'll take my business elsewhere!!! I went in to my nearest MrP home store and they couldn't help. They asked me to call and send an email to the customer service team. I don't know if you're waiting for me to go to Twitter first before you resolve this issue. I believe that I have exhausted all possible avenues!
