Worst Customer Service ever.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a chest of drawers from Mr Price Home. When I received it, it was poor quality, and it looked like a used piece of furniture. I requested a return and my money back. The chest of drawers was returned on the 5th of November already. Up to date I am still waiting for my refund. Worst of all, I've send numerous emails without any reply. I am shocked at the poor customer service, poor quality products and overall poor experience received from Mr Price.
