WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

On the 13th of May I placed an order and the same day the order was processed and shipped for collection from my local store. Today is the 26th and there have been no further updates my status still only shows "shipped". On Monday I spoke to a very rude Siphamandla on your Whatsapp line who didn't even bother to read my message and simply said that it's shows that it has been shipped (which I mentioned in my message) and then resolved my conversation. On Facebook messenger I was told that you would liase with the courier and refer back to me...that never happened as I had to enquire again. On Tuesday I was told that my package would be delivered on Wednesday...obviously that didn't happen. I was then told that my query would be escalted your senior team. When I enquired today, Thursday I was once again told that you were liasing with the couriers. No one provides any feedback on queries. You literally have to beg and plead EVERY SINGLE DAY only to receive empty promises of delivery happening or feedback that will be given only for that not to happen. I have placed so many orders with the Mr Price Group and this bad customer service really makes me think that I will refrain from future purchases as I am obviously not valued as a customer.
