Worst customer service

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 pedestals at the beginning of the year and received only one. I lodged a complaint and I was told that they will get back to me, even to date I haven't heard anything from them. As an unemployed person this really breaks my spirit because I had to work hard to save that R700. They have the worst customer service I had to make numerous calls but I wasn't assisted. I regret buying from Mr Price Home online
