Worse than the worst

Seriously unacceptable service from customer care and the company. I requested a refund of the order never received, it's been a month now and no communication received. Every time I follow up the order number is requested which I provide but nothing happens after that. This is the most horrible service received from any company and I will not purchase or recommend anything from them. I will however express the experience with all. Thank you for nothing.
