Worse service

I bought a gift voucher online for a friend, she never received the details. I enquired via their WhatsApp number. First they could not find the order with the order number I gave them. I sent them the screenshot of the order confirmation email. They take forever to respond and eventually when they do they ask another question and a minute later if you don't respond they send this message .(Due to no response please note that I am resolving this conversation for now.
