Worse customer service

I am utterly disappointed in Mr Price Home Customer Care Service, I purchased a couch with the side not being sown properly and the couch has no latch on the side to hook to the other couch. After 3 weeks of communicating to Yvonne, Berlin, Lunglie, Phumelelo, Chinelle not 1 person was able to give me the proper feedback nor to ensure that the quality team can call me before "business hours are closed" for 3 weeks this is the service and we still at square 1, repeating and going back and forth on the same story is honestly wasting so much time. Paying so much for an Item and you getting the worst of worst service. Definitely not a satisfied customer
