why hire unskilled workers

I bought a mirror at mr price home greenstone and asked an assistance to tell me wat it is that i can use to put the mirror in the bathroom he adviised of a double sided sticky tape which i believed he knew or had knowledge that it was the best which i bought 4 days later i got home to my surprise the mirror all over my bathroom floor wat i hate is that the guy reassured me that it wil not fall and i called the store where i had to call the whole day to get through i spoke to a lady she said carta the store manager wil call me which he did and told me he nt help me and never apologised and gave ame a number for the area manager bongani who was unprofessional ane also told me he cannot do anything who i asked y they employ people they do not train he said he cant help me at all i feel it is fair that they cannot compensare me even with a discount on a new mirror or something i find it pathetic that my money went to waste i mean i enjoyed the mirror practicall for 4 day very dissapointed in mr price greenstone as i have a strong love for mr price and i am a valued client both clothing outlets and home pleaee assist
