What a bad customer service

<p>So o created a gift registry online and it happed that one of my guest went to make a purchase in thr store and was rerurned that apparently I was suppose to have done it in the store so I did,guess what when I went to the store I was told that I must fetch all the items I wanted and bring them to the front while what a customer service,no scanner to be given to the customer and there I was bringing items one by one and did I mention that the store does not even have a big trolley..I dont believe this </p>
