Were is my Order please refund me

Good day

I bought clothes online I paid for everything but inside my order there was only shoes the dress was not inside, I have again another order I paid for it but now its been on hold for weeks been calling and calling but no one answers or give me a solution I wouldn't recommend Mr price online shopping their quick to take the money but not deliver
