Wedding Gift Registry LOST!!!!
<p>I created my Wedding gift registry at Mr Price Home Menlyn. I sent the registry nr to my guests. Yesterday my mother drove 90km (return trip) to the nearest store to purchase a gift from the registry, Mr Price Home told her that all the items on the registry have been bought, wich is impossible!!! They phoned the Menlyn branch and were told that the whole gift list was lost and that I have to come in and re-select all my gifts....</p> <p>Why do we have to complete the form with all our contact details if they dont take the initiative to phone me and inform me of the situation? My bridal shower is in a weeks time, my wedding in 3 weeks. I dont have time to re-scan each item. I am very dissipionted in the poor service/no service for that matter.</p>

Good day. Thank you for your feedback but I can not see how this changes my current situation?
You state that you will be in contact with me soon, but when will that be as time is running out and no solutions have been provided as this is a matter of urgency for me I at least expect a prompt response and a proper solution.
I am not satisfied at all with the service or feedback provided thus far.
