WATCH OUT IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER - READ BEFORE YOU BUY

I've ordered a lot of furniture online from various companies so if you are planning on ordering from them online this will be worth the read. If you decide you don't want your item they will not refund you, even if the item has not left its warehouse. if they have already packed it they won't refund you -even if its just prepared for shipping.

They make you pay 400 rand in delivery (even if you are central) makro makes you pay R90 (just for a comparison) and Decofurn is around is also MUCH cheaper max 200

Please customers protect yourself - I spent 2100 rand on my online purchase and am likely only going to receive 1700 back to me. probably less as I have a suspicion they make you pay courier fees when you reject the order. They are not very forth coming with this information either. They Outsource all their deliveries via an external courier - they are not well set up to manage online shopping and distribution it seems.

Their customer service staff are particularly rude and stopped responding after I asked them questions about the refund policy. One line responses - no thank you's no 'We're sorry for your experience' just completely lacking in any proper customer service.

The customer service team had to stop twice during the conversation to check with their manager because they didn't know the answers to the questions I was asking - they had to "check' to see if I could cancel my order and then 'check' to see how the returns policy worked

overall a very negative experience - I normally buy items from them instore and was very disapointed with this online experience - you're better off ordering from decofurn, takealot and stores you can trust - I'll never order from MRP online again - super *****
