Waste of time and money!

I purchased a wicker basket in white and a rose gold shower holder. Both items are currently still being sold in store. The basket has totally fallen apart and it’s only been a few months. The shower holder has gone rusty which I cannot understand as it’s for the shower so it should be able to handle the water. I went into the store with both items and the price tags but the manage could not assist as I didn’t have the receipt. I don’t understand why the price tags couldn’t help in this situation as they can clearly see the items are on their shelves and that my complaints are not false. This is a royal waste of my money as well as time coz even after calling the call center I was not assisted. Where is the quality in the products purchased from this store?
