Waited 2 Weeks for Delivery and Still Waiting

I ordered some sheets from Mr Price Home online on 24 November to be collected in store at the Cavendish branch. It is 2 and a half weeks later and I still have not received my order. When I check my order status online, it says "Complete" and yet when I called the Cavendish store, they say they have not received the items yet and that they will contact me when the items arrive. I have sent several emails querying where the items are and why my order status says "Complete" if the goods have not arrived in store yet and yet the online consultants have not been able to provide a comprehensive answer as to why this is. I

f the delivery time for goods is expected to be over 2 weeks, Mr Price should mention this to customers upfront when they place an order or at least give an estimated delivery date like some other online sites do - even if it is 1-2 weeks later, at least I know that that is the day I should expect the parcel to arrive. Furthermore, if Mr Price is experiencing a delay in delivery on their side, they should at least be able to provide a guarantee of a date or time frame when items should arrive.

Currently I have no idea or indication when the items will arrive and am still waiting. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend using the Mr Price Online store to purchase items despite the fact that in their retail stores they heavily advertise use of the online store.
