Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash

Second problem with Mr Price home. After the issue about the refunds, now my mom received vouchers which we struggle to exchange in cash. She paid cash for the sofas and then they refunded her in vouchers. We paid the new order with the voucher but there is left, because the new sofas is cheaper. Now we struggle to exchange it for cash. Susara was the only one that tried to help at first, but then it all when dead when you have to deal with head office
