Very unhappy customer

I am so disappointed in Mr Price Home ... I wanted to buy 3 A1 Frames for my bedroom. I was at Mr Price Home Cresta and found 2 frames. I had to really look carefully because most of the frames was damaged or had cracks in them. I ended up choosing 2 frames which did not show cracks.

The next day I had to drove all the way to Mall of Africa to buy the third frame. Honestly, these frames were all also in such a bad condition, but I managed to find one which looked okay.

From mall of africa I drove back to cresta to insert my photogrpahs into my frames. What a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. After taking off the plastic and the corner covers 2 out of the 3 frames had cracks in the corners ...

I was beyond irritated because I drove all the to try and find frames that were in a good condition. Do not buy frames from mr price. If you do, make sure they remove the plastic and the corner covers at the shop to ensure that there are no cracks that are hiding.

I would just like to add to this matter. I drove to the third branch today with the hope to find frames that are not cracked. I went to the Retail Crossing branch. They had 8 in stock. I asked the employee to open up the frames so that I can check whether the corners are cracked. 6 out of the 8 frames were cracked in the corners. Customers who would've bought it would not even have seen this. I exchanged my 2 broken frames with the 2 that did not have cracks in the shop, but they were also not in the best condition.
