Very poor service

I am extremely dissapointed with very poor service delivery from Lynnridge mall and Parkview Mall branches. Was told by Lynnridge mall branch that they did not have stock of an item which left me no option but to settle for different item. Saw the next day that the item was on the floor at Parkview branch. Struggled to cancel first order. Had to phone several times for confirmation. Then purchased the wanted item at Parkview in store on 29 March and was told that it would be delivered on 1 April. Today is 8 April and still waiting. I have to follow up each day, waiting on hold for just over 30 minutes. Takes them 5 minutes to answer the phone! Still not resolved.
