VERY POOR SERVICE
they have disable my online account for no reason, account paid up to date. I'm struggling for a month now to get any assistance via online and whatsapp, the agents does not assist nor come back to me. This also require for me to wait and struggling for hours for any assistance - without any luck. I have missed out on black friday deals and items being sold out.
