Very poor online service and delivery

I ordered two mirrors online on the 13th December. You sent an email on the 16th to say the order was dispatched. I received one mirror on the 21st at 18:00 I queried the half delivery on the 22nd on your WhatsApp number. Your agent rep**** that the 2nd half of my order delivery is coming? When? Today is the 27th and I have still not received my order.

Please can someone follow-up and find out where my order is?
