Very poor online and call Centre experience from Mr Price

I have been a loyal customer for many years but will be closing my account as I have for the last time received the poorest service from ordering online and the call center is no help!!!! Only half of my order has been delivered and for a week now I have been phoning every day to follow up on when the rest will arrive only to get the answer " The courier company says everything has been delivered" I can show you the picture of what was delivered to me and then you tell me how a whole box of dinnerware could fit into that package??? My dinnerware did not come with the rest of my order and I have been cheated and ****** from essentially by Mr Price!!! You will never se me again!
