Very poor customer service

My sister and I went to the store in Knysna and were basically ignored. When we asked a question about stock availability there was little effort made to assist us. I am disappointed as we did end up spending quite a lot of money and I felt that as customers we were treated more like we were a nuisance than paying customers. I would not go to this store again.
