Very bad service

Very poor service at MRP Home in Somerset West. Wanted to buy a piece of furniture after a long day of wait and excitement, to then be told that the furniture “manager” does not want to assist and we should buy online, they do not assist in store. So then, if I may ask, why does Mrp Home have an in store furniture section. I assume this was due to the fact that it was almost closing time and they simply did not want to assist. Very poor service, will rather spend my money elsewhere, that would actually appreciate it. Also the pricing differs from in store and online, In store the red tag says R9000 on the Morgan 3 seater cream, but the actual price tags says R8500, and online it’s R12000.? Very bad service, have had a few bad encounters with this specific branch.
